StockX is a sneaker and streetwear resale platform where you can buy and sell shoes, but it does not offer a “package shoes” service. The platform acts as a middleman for individual pairs, not bundles or bulk lots. You can buy one pair at a time through its marketplace, and sellers ship each pair to StockX for authentication before it is sent to the buyer.

Formula

The calculator above works out your average pace and speed for a run or walk. The formula for pace is:

Pace = Total time (minutes) ÷ Distance (km)

Speed is the inverse, converted to hours:

Speed = Distance (km) ÷ (Total time (minutes) ÷ 60)

Where:

  • Total time is the duration of your activity in minutes.
  • Distance is the length you covered in kilometers.
  • Pace is the result in minutes per kilometer (min/km).
  • Speed is the result in kilometers per hour (km/h).

Worked Example

Using the default values from the calculator: you ran 10 km in 50 minutes.

  1. Pace = 50 min ÷ 10 km = 5.00 min/km
  2. Speed = 10 km ÷ (50 min ÷ 60) = 10 km ÷ 0.8333 h = 12.00 km/h

The calculator shows an average pace of 5.00 min/km and an average speed of 12.00 km/h.

How StockX Shipping Works for a Single Pair

When you buy a pair of shoes on StockX, the seller ships the boxed pair to a StockX authentication center. There, experts verify the shoes are genuine and in the condition described. After passing, StockX ships the pair to you. This process typically takes 5–12 business days from purchase to delivery, depending on seller location and shipping speed.

Each pair is shipped individually. There is no option to combine multiple pairs into one “package” order at checkout. If you want two pairs, you place two separate orders, and each will be processed and shipped separately.

What “Package Shoes” Could Mean

The phrase “package shoes” might refer to a few different things:

  • Bulk lots: Buying multiple pairs at once for resale. StockX does not support this; you buy each pair through individual listings.
  • Gift boxes or bundles: Some sellers on other platforms (eBay, Grailed) offer a pair of shoes plus accessories (laces, cleaning kits). StockX only sells the shoe itself, not add-on bundles.
  • Shipping protection: StockX uses branded packaging and includes a verification tag, but that is not a “package deal.”

If you are looking to buy several pairs at once, you will need to place multiple orders and pay separate shipping fees for each.

How to Buy Shoes on StockX

Buying on StockX is straightforward, but there are a few steps to know:

  1. Search for the exact model, colorway, and size you want.
  2. Choose “Buy Now” to purchase at the current lowest ask, or place a bid below that and wait for a seller to accept.
  3. Enter your shipping address and payment information.
  4. StockX charges a buyer’s fee (typically around 5–10% of the purchase price) plus shipping.
  5. The seller ships to StockX; after authentication, StockX ships to you.

You cannot combine multiple sizes or models into one order. Each transaction is separate.

Common Problems with StockX Orders

Buyers sometimes run into issues, especially with multiple orders:

  • Delayed authentication: High-volume periods can slow verification by a few days.
  • Separate shipments: If you order two pairs at the same time, they will arrive in different packages, possibly on different days.
  • Failed authentication: If a pair fails verification, the order is canceled and you get a refund, but you lose time.
  • Shipping costs add up: Each pair has its own shipping fee, so buying two pairs costs double the shipping.

StockX’s customer support can help with tracking and issues, but they cannot combine orders retroactively.

StockX vs. Other Resale Platforms

StockX is the largest sneaker resale marketplace, but it is not the only option. Here is how it compares:

  • eBay: Offers authenticity guarantee for sneakers over $100, but sellers ship directly to buyers after verification. You can sometimes negotiate prices or buy bundles from individual sellers.
  • Grailed: Focused on streetwear and designer items. No mandatory authentication for every item; you rely on seller reputation. Bundles are possible if a seller lists them.
  • GOAT: Similar to StockX, with authentication but also a “GOAT Groups” feature for buying multiple items from one seller, which can reduce shipping costs.

If you specifically want to buy multiple pairs in one package, GOAT Groups or eBay listings from a single seller may be better than StockX.

Costs to Consider

When buying on StockX, the final price is not just the listing price. You pay:

  • Item price: The ask you accept or the bid you place.
  • Buyer’s fee: A percentage of the item price, usually 5–10%.
  • Shipping: A flat fee per order (around $13–$25 depending on location).
  • Tax: Sales tax may apply depending on your state.

For example, a $200 pair of shoes might cost $220 after fees, plus $15 shipping, totaling $235. Buying two pairs separately would double the shipping fee.

Is It Safe to Buy on StockX?

StockX is generally safe for buyers because of its authentication process. However, you should be aware of a few things:

  • Authentication is not perfect: There have been rare cases of fakes passing through, but StockX offers a buyer protection guarantee.
  • No returns: Unless the item is not as described or fails authentication, all sales are final. Make sure you order the right size.
  • Scams outside the platform: Never pay someone directly on social media claiming to sell StockX packages. Use the official site or app only.

StockX also allows sellers to list items, but buyers do not need to worry about seller reliability because the platform handles payment and authentication.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy multiple pairs of shoes in one StockX order?

No. Each pair is a separate transaction. You cannot add multiple pairs to a single cart or checkout. You must place separate orders, each with its own shipping fee.

Does StockX sell shoe bundles or mystery boxes?

No. StockX only sells individual, authenticated pairs. Mystery boxes or bundles of shoes are not offered on the platform. If you see such offers, they are likely from third-party sellers on other sites.

How long does StockX shipping take?

Typically 5–12 business days from when you place your order. This includes the seller shipping to StockX (2–5 days), authentication (1–2 days), and final shipping to you (2–5 days).

Can I return shoes to StockX if they don’t fit?

No. StockX does not accept returns for size issues. All sales are final. You should check the size guide and compare with shoes you already own before ordering.

Is StockX cheaper than buying from a retailer?

Not usually. StockX prices are market-driven, so popular or limited shoes are often above retail. However, for some general release models, you might find prices below retail, especially in less common sizes.

What happens if StockX finds a pair is fake?

The order is canceled and you receive a full refund. The seller is penalized, and the pair is not shipped to you. This is why StockX is considered safer than buying from an individual without authentication.
